This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. By creating an account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Services ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment details. The Services may employ third-party services for facilitating payments. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
You may cancel your Subscription within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase, provided you have used less than 50,000 words and 5 generations. After this period, purchases are final and non-refundable. Of course you may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We continuously update our service offerings and may experience delays in doing so. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
Any contests, sweepstakes, or promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Services may be governed by separate rules. Please review the applicable rules before participating.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees as set forth in your invoice. The Company may modify subscription fees, providing reasonable notice before changes take effect. Any new subscription fee change can become effective at the end of the then-current subscription period.
We may offer a subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your subscription, uou will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees for the type of subscription you have selected.
Users can add their own API keys for OpenAI, OpenRouter, ScraperAPI, Stability AI, and Ideogram. We also integrate with Google Search Console for optimizing articles. We use DataForSEO for keyword data, clustering, and KGR calculations, as well as Google NLP API for content optimization.
By connecting your API key, you assume full responsibility for usage costs and any risks associated with it. We do not share or use your keys for any other purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
You are also responsible for the content that you post on or through the service, including it’s legality, reliability, and appropriateness. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright or otherwise in violation of this section.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that copyrighted work has been used without authorization, contact us at support@ultimawriter.ai. You retain ownership of any content you create but grant us a license to use it as necessary for the service operation.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or assume responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
We store user data for 30 days after account termination, after which it is permanently deleted. We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UltimaWriter.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the revised Terms on our website. By continuing to use our Services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
